Who handles your information
Wrangg is a trading name of Superceptron Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17407955. For website enquiries and our own business administration, Superceptron Ltd is the controller. Its registered office is Office 20638, 182–184 High Street North, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA. This page summarises the website’s data handling. Our legal and data-protection notice provides the fuller information about lawful bases, recipients, international processing, retention criteria, your rights to object and other privacy rights, and complaints to the ICO. Client data-processing terms are agreed separately before a paid review.
The sample report
The homepage report uses fictional campaign and customer figures. Changing its view runs in your browser and does not upload customer records. The downloaded sample is a text file saved on your device.
When you register interest in a pilot
When you submit the registration form, we collect your name, email address, question, selected billing currency and any business or sales-system details you provide. We save these details, your acknowledgement, a submission reference and the submission date in our private database, hosted by Turso. Vercel processes the request, and Resend sends the registration details to Wrangg by email so we can assess fit and respond. Your email address is included as the reply address.
We keep a hashed email address to limit repeated submissions and a notification identifier to prevent duplicate emails. A registration does not create a paid account, take payment or subscribe you to marketing. If you use a direct email link instead, your email provider and Wrangg’s email provider process that message.
For the initial enquiry, describe your systems and the question you want answered. Do not send account passwords, credentials, customer lists or raw sales records. We retain registration information while handling your enquiry and any resulting engagement; contact us below to request access, correction or deletion.
Data for a paid review
The paid review is separate from the website’s local tools. Before you share records, we agree the minimum fields required, a transfer method, permitted processing tools, access and retention. This includes any use of AI assistance. Customer records are not sent to AI services without an agreed processing scope.
Where possible, use pseudonymous record IDs and omit names, contact details and free-text fields that are not needed. We check what identifiers are required to connect the agreed records. The website does not provide a customer-data upload portal or automatically connect to Google Ads or your CRM.
Your Search terms CSV stays in your browser
The free tool at /search-terms reads the selected file on your device. It does not upload it, send its contents to an AI service or save it to a database or browser storage. Clearing the tool or closing the page discards data held in memory. Downloaded worksheets remain on your device until you delete them.
Use a Search terms report, not a customer list. Remove personal information before opening a file. The checker does not need customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or account credentials.
Earlier website enquiries
If you used the earlier website enquiry form, it stored your name, email address, optional company details, message, acknowledgement, reference and submission date in a private database. A hashed email address was used to limit repeated submissions. Contact us below to ask about an earlier enquiry.
Website requests
Hosting providers process technical connection information to serve and protect the website. The sample and checker do not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
