1. Operator and contact

1.1 Wrangg is a trading name and service operated by Superceptron Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17407955. Its registered name at Companies House is SUPERCEPTRON LTD. Wrangg is not a separate incorporated entity. References to “Wrangg”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Superceptron Ltd in connection with the Wrangg website and services.

1.2 Our registered office is Office 20638, 182–184 High Street North, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA. General, contractual, privacy and security correspondence may be sent to hello@wrangg.com or to our registered office, marked “Wrangg”. You can consult our Companies House record.

2. Application and contract formation

2.1 The website describes a business-to-business analytical review service. Browsing the website, using a free tool, downloading a sample or registering interest does not purchase a service, create a subscription, authorise account changes or commit either party to a paid engagement. An enquiry acknowledgement records the handling of that enquiry; it is not acceptance of a paid order.

2.2 A paid engagement requires written confirmation of the contracting parties, scope, price, suitable data, delivery arrangements and applicable terms. The accepted proposal or statement of work and any expressly incorporated terms govern that engagement. Engagement-specific provisions take precedence over general website descriptions; agreed data-processing provisions take precedence on the processing they cover. Mandatory law and individuals’ statutory rights are not displaced by that order of precedence. This page alone is not a completed client data-processing agreement.

3. Service scope and delivery

3.1 Unless a written proposal states otherwise, the founding pilot covers Search campaigns in one Google Ads account and one CRM or sales source, up to six months of activity, 10,000 lead records and 10,000 search-term rows. The current deliverables are a search-term and measurement review, a data-quality summary, campaign ad-cost-per-customer analysis, three prioritised recommendations, one proposed test, a walkthrough and one clarification round.

3.2 The review is a diagnosis and action plan. Campaign implementation, tracking repair, continuous monitoring, account management and integrations are separate services requiring a further agreement. Shopping, Performance Max, Display and paid social are outside the initial pilot scope. The target delivery period is five business days after the brief, usable exports and a delivery slot have been confirmed; missing records or scope changes may require a revised timetable, which we will communicate.

4. Fees, cancellation and changes

4.1 The advertised founding pilot price is £295 or US$395, as a one-off total in the selected billing currency. These are separately quoted prices, not a live foreign-exchange conversion. The accepted proposal confirms the amount payable, currency, any applicable tax treatment, payment schedule and cancellation or refund arrangements before you commit. The website registration form does not collect payment or card details.

4.2 We assess data suitability before accepting a paid pilot. If scope, data volumes or required work change, additional charges and revised deliverables require written agreement. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. No blanket non-refundable fee, automatic renewal or cancellation charge is created by submitting an enquiry or by this page; the accepted engagement terms and any mandatory rights determine those matters.

5. Client responsibilities

5.1 You must have authority to instruct us and to supply the records concerned, including authority from the account owner or your agency client where appropriate. You remain responsible for your lawful collection of records, required notices, permissions, source-system access and instructions to us. Do not provide data subject to restrictions incompatible with the agreed review.

5.2 Supply accurate exports and explain material limitations, time zones, attribution settings, refunds, duplicate leads, sales delays and changes in recording practices. Keep original records and backups. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card information, special-category information, criminal-offence information or unnecessary customer identifiers through the enquiry form. Contact us before sharing any confidential client dataset.

6. Analysis, assumptions and reliance

6.1 Findings depend on the completeness, accuracy, maturity and granularity of the supplied records. We identify relevant assumptions and limitations, but do not independently verify every source entry. Missing historical links cannot be reconstructed as fact merely by statistical inference or AI. Campaign-level links do not establish keyword-level sales attribution. An unresolved or unmatched lead is not evidence of a lost sale.

6.2 Historical association does not establish causation or incremental return. Flagged spend is not a guaranteed saving; low or zero recorded conversions do not alone establish waste. Ad cost per customer is not net profit. Revenue or contribution analysis requires the relevant supplied values and margin assumptions. Samples are fictional illustrations. We do not guarantee a particular revenue increase, cost reduction, ranking, conversion rate or advertising outcome. Your authorised team decides whether and how to implement recommendations, including checking account policies and commercial consequences.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

7.1 You retain your rights in the records and materials you provide. Providing them authorises only the handling necessary for the agreed purpose, subject to the applicable data-processing arrangements; it does not transfer ownership to us. We retain rights in our pre-existing methods, code, templates, general know-how and website materials. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7.2 Unless the accepted proposal provides otherwise, following payment of the agreed fee you may use the delivered report for the agreed business purpose and share it with your staff, advisers and the client account covered by the engagement. Preserve material assumptions and limitations when sharing. Do not represent illustrative figures as actual customer results, resell our templates as a standalone product or imply our endorsement of altered conclusions. Free worksheets and samples may be used to evaluate the service and for your own business analysis.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 We treat non-public records, commercial information and account findings supplied for an enquiry or review as confidential. Use and disclosure are limited to the relevant purpose and authorised personnel, agreed service providers or professional advisers who need the information. We do not publish your name, logo, account figures or a case study identifying you or your clients without permission.

8.2 Confidentiality does not prevent a disclosure required by law, a competent court or regulator, or a necessary disclosure to establish or defend legal rights. Where lawful and practicable, the affected party will be informed. Information independently developed, lawfully received without a duty of confidence, or already public through no breach is not confidential on that basis alone. This exception does not remove obligations that still apply to personal data.

9. Data protection roles

9.1 For website enquiries, business correspondence, service administration and security, Superceptron Ltd acts as a controller to the extent it determines why and how personal data is used. Applicable requirements may include the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, as amended, and other laws where their territorial and substantive conditions are met.

9.2 When we analyse client-controlled personal data solely on documented instructions, our role is ordinarily that of a processor; an agency may itself act as a processor, making us its sub-processor. Roles depend on the actual arrangement and are recorded before processing. A client’s authorisation does not itself supply every necessary lawful basis. References to GDPR or CCPA on the website describe privacy considerations and do not represent a certification or a determination that every jurisdiction’s legislation applies to every engagement.

10. Information processed and its sources

10.1 You provide enquiry information directly: your name, email address, message, selected billing currency and any optional company, website, sales-system or account details. The registration service stores the submitted details, acknowledgement, submission reference, date and notification records. Hashed email and submission-content values help limit repeated requests and prevent duplicate or inconsistent submissions; hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.

10.2 Hosting and communications providers may process connection and service information, such as IP addresses, request details, delivery events and security logs. For a paid review, the client supplies the agreed campaign identifiers, dates, spend, search terms, conversion settings and sales outcomes. The precise fields, affected people and permitted operations are defined for that engagement. Optional revenue or margin inputs are used only where included. We do not obtain a private lead database on your behalf through the pilot.

11. Purposes and lawful bases

11.1 For our own controller activities, we use legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, communicating with business representatives, operating a reliable service, preventing abuse and maintaining proportionate records. Where you personally contract with us, or request necessary pre-contractual steps, processing necessary for that purpose may rely on contract. Legal obligations may require accounting, regulatory or other records. If a distinct activity relies on consent, it will be identified as such and consent may be withdrawn for that activity without affecting earlier lawful processing.

11.2 The enquiry form requires enough information to understand and answer your request; without it we may be unable to respond or assess suitability. Optional fields are not a condition of browsing or using the free checker. Registration is not a marketing subscription. We do not sell enquiry or client personal data or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Any separately proposed marketing activity requires its own applicable basis and communications-law assessment.

12. Service providers and international transfers

12.1 The current website uses Vercel for hosting and request processing, Turso for the private enquiry database and Resend for sending enquiry notifications to Wrangg. Notification content is also held in our business email inbox. These recipients process the information needed for their functions. Authorised professional advisers or public authorities may receive limited information where necessary for their role or legally required.

12.2 Processing is not confined to the United Kingdom. Resend states that it stores email content and associated records in the United States; Vercel hosting and provider support or sub-processors may also involve international processing. Resend’s published transfer terms provide standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum and describe its participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension. Vercel’s published data-processing addendum includes UK transfer provisions. Relevant provider information is available in the Resend DPA, Resend processing information, Vercel DPA and Turso terms.

12.3 The applicable contractual safeguards, locations and sub-processors depend on the service and account arrangements; a provider’s public document alone is not confirmation of an engagement-specific transfer arrangement. You may contact us for the safeguards relevant to your information and to request a copy, subject to appropriate redaction. Any additional destination or processing tool for client review records must be established in the agreed processing arrangements before those records are transferred. This website notice does not grant blanket authorisation for new sub-processors or international transfers.

13. Client records and processing instructions

13.1 Before personal records are supplied for a paid review, the parties must document the subject matter, duration, purpose and nature of processing, data categories, affected individuals, instructions and respective responsibilities. The applicable data-processing terms must address confidentiality, security, sub-processor authorisation, international transfers, assistance with individual rights and incidents, return or deletion and appropriate compliance information or audit arrangements. An agency must obtain any authorisation required by its own client agreement.

13.2 Agree the minimum dataset and transfer method first. Prefer pseudonymous record IDs and remove names, contact details and unnecessary free text where they are not required for the agreed connection. Pseudonymous records may remain personal data. The website does not currently provide a customer-record upload portal or automatically connect to Google Ads or your CRM. Do not treat the public enquiry form as an approved transfer channel for client exports.

14. AI assistance and automated processing

14.1 We may use reproducible calculations and AI assistance for tasks within an agreed review, with human assessment of the resulting findings. Client records are not submitted by us to an AI service without an agreed processing scope identifying the relevant tools and permitted use. Supplier retention, model-training settings and access arrangements must be assessed for that scope; the term “AI-assisted” is not permission for unrestricted disclosure or reuse.

14.2 The public sample uses fictional figures and the free checker runs locally. Neither sends the selected CSV to an AI provider. The review does not automatically change advertising accounts or make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individual customers. AI-generated explanations can contain errors and are not a substitute for source evidence, reproducible calculations or the reviewer’s judgement.

15. Security and incident handling

15.1 The live website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted server credentials and submission controls. Provider security measures support hosting, enquiry storage and email delivery. Measures for client exports, authorised access and transfer channels are settled for the actual engagement. No transmission or storage method is risk-free. SOC 2 references on the website relate to the identified provider’s infrastructure; they are not a claim that Wrangg or Superceptron Ltd holds its own SOC 2 certification.

15.2 Report a suspected security issue to hello@wrangg.com with enough detail to investigate, without exposing additional personal data or secrets. Where a personal data breach occurs, notifications to clients, individuals or regulators will follow the applicable legal duties and agreed processor terms. We do not promise that every operational incident is a reportable personal data breach.

16. Retention, return and deletion

16.1 Enquiry information is retained for the time reasonably necessary to deal with the request, associated correspondence and any resulting engagement. Retention decisions take account of whether the enquiry remains active, whether a service is agreed, outstanding payments or complaints, necessary business records, applicable statutory periods and the establishment or defence of claims. Technical and notification records have separate operational purposes and may be held in provider systems and email copies as well as the enquiry database.

16.2 Client exports and working files follow the agreed review-specific retention, return and deletion instructions; a business-record requirement does not justify keeping all raw customer records. Before transfer, the engagement must identify the relevant period or deletion trigger. Contact us to establish the applicable arrangements or request erasure. Lawful retention exceptions may apply, and backup expiry may differ from deletion of active records; no immediate deletion from every backup is promised. Files you download remain under your control.

17. Individual rights and complaints

17.1 Depending on the law, the processing basis and applicable exceptions, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn. We may seek proportionate information to establish identity or authority before disclosure and will respond within the period applicable to the request. Where we act as a processor, we will direct the request to, or assist, the relevant controller under the agreed instructions.

Right to object. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object at any time to use of your personal data for direct marketing. Send your request to hello@wrangg.com.

17.2 You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, and may contact us first so we can investigate. This does not restrict your right to contact the ICO directly or another competent authority. Where California privacy legislation or another jurisdiction’s privacy law applies, its applicable rights and protections remain available; displaying a CCPA-related badge does not itself determine statutory coverage.

18. Local tools, cookies and browser storage

18.1 The free Search terms checker reads your selected CSV in browser memory. Its file contents are not uploaded, sent to AI, written to a database or saved to browser storage by the checker. Clearing the tool or closing the page discards the in-memory dataset. Downloaded worksheets remain on your device. Use an appropriate Search terms report and remove unnecessary personal information before opening it.

18.2 The current marketing pages, sample report and checker do not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting providers still process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. Visiting a third-party link is subject to that destination’s own practices. Any material change involving non-essential tracking will require updated information and any choice or consent required by law.

19. Acceptable use and third-party resources

19.1 Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with availability, circumvent access controls or obtain unauthorised access to data. Security testing that could affect other users or production systems requires prior written authorisation. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use, taking account of any existing contractual obligations.

19.2 External links and competitor comparisons are provided for information. Third-party features, prices and terms can change; check the relevant provider before making a purchase decision. Wrangg is independent of Google and the comparison providers. References to their products or marks do not imply a partnership, authorisation, affiliation or endorsement. We do not control external sites or their content.

20. Responsibility and liability

20.1 We will perform an agreed paid service with reasonable care and skill. Free illustrations and website materials are general information, not a tailored assessment of your account. Neither their availability nor the absence of a guaranteed commercial outcome removes duties that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you identify a material error in a delivered report, notify us with the relevant evidence so it can be investigated under the engagement arrangements.

20.2 Any agreed allocation or limitation of liability for a paid engagement must be contained in its accepted terms and operate only to the extent permitted by law. This page does not impose an automatic zero-liability or fee-only cap. Nothing in these provisions excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No provision removes applicable consumer rights where they arise despite the service’s intended business use.

21. Changes, governing law and general provisions

21.1 We may update the website and this notice to reflect changes in services, providers or legal requirements. The publication date identifies the version shown. A website amendment does not retrospectively amend an accepted paid engagement, expand agreed processing instructions or remove rights relating to earlier conduct; contractual changes require the applicable agreement procedure.

21.2 Subject to mandatory law and any express agreement to the contrary, these website provisions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Any mandatory jurisdiction or protections available to an individual remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not itself a waiver. Please contact us at hello@wrangg.com about a dispute so the relevant facts and a possible resolution can be considered.
